About Me

Michelle Bjerke is an undergraduate student in the School of Fine Arts, studying Graphic Design with a multifaceted skill set that includes knitwear and textile design to bring a focus on integrating hands-on craftsmanship and visual communication. Currently, she serves as the Creative Director of Nutmeg Publishing and the Graphic Designer for the William Benton Museum of Art. Formerly, she studied abroad at Central Saint Martins and completed a studio internship with London-based knitwear designer and founder of Acien, as well as instructed crochet classes for adults and children at the Rowayton Arts Center during her semester breaks.
