This piece is a result of a brief where we were assigned to create, maintain, and expand a collection in London. I decided to collect scraps from my practice in knitwear, my internship, and my studio days at CSM. The materials consisted of yarn, fabric, and leather found in studios and free facilities for CSM students. By reclaiming discarded materials from the Central Saint Martins studios, this project illuminates the discarded remnants of the fashion industry in an intentionally sourced scrap bag. Through the process of collecting studio remnants, the bag becomes a physical archive of the collective textures, palettes, and design choices moving through London during my time abroad.
